การจัดการความรู้ (KM) ในครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อรวบรวมองค์ความรู้ จัดระบบ แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเพื่อให้เกิดการพัฒนาและสามารถนำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้ไปประยุกต์ใช้ต่อยอด ตลอดจนสร้างวัฒนธรรมองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Learning Organization) ให้เกิดประโยชน์วงกว้างต่อไป
